Meet Joanna
As the daughter of income property investors, Joanna grew up in the real estate business. Her training has been from the ground up and includes everything from cleaning apartments to formal real estate education at the college level. She has been with John L. Scott for more than five years.
Joanna tailors each transaction to the specific needs and questions of her clients. From preferred methods of communication, to a desire for education about the market conditions and trends, to schools and neighborhood amenities - each transaction is custom-made.
There are a lot of moving pieces throughout a transaction and Joanna is adept at handling all the small details that may arise. She considers herself a partner with her clients and works on a platform of trust, communication and mutual respect. She represents buyers and sellers in the greater Puget Sound region and primarily focuses on Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Edmonds and Shoreline.
When she’s not working Joanna loves researching family history, hosting holiday meals, enjoying real conversation, celebrating most anything, and traveling with virtually anyone who is willing to take her along!

Seattle is a fantastic city for a lot of reasons, but one of the best things about it is the natural beauty that surrounds us. Nothing beats a crystal clear day when you can see the Olympic Mountains and Mount Rainier. But even on rainy days which, yes, we do have a few of here, the views of Puget Sound and Lake Washington are breathtaking. Seattle has a rainy reputation, but our best kept secret is how spectacular our summers are. While a lot of the country is sweltering with heat and humidity, we're basking in the perfect warm days and our long summer days allow us to enjoy water sports, hiking and cycling and tending to our gardens. In the winter, skiing and snowboarding are only an hour away. People recognize Seattle by the Space Needle and Pike Place Market, but we also have a thriving arts and cultural scene, great art museums, symphony, opera, and ballet.
